Do I need Canva Pro to use the templates?
No. All our templates work perfectly on the free version of Canva.
How do I access my templates after purchase?
Right after checkout, you’ll receive an email with instant access links to your Canva templates. You’ll also be able to log in to your account and download them anytime.
Can I customize the templates?
Yes! You can edit everything — colors, fonts, logos, images, and text — to match your brand.
What’s included in each pack?
Every pack includes:
- 40 Promo Posts
- 20 Reels

- Industry-specific captions & hashtags
- A weekly posting plan
Licensing & Usage
Can I use these templates for multiple businesses?
Each purchase includes a single-brand license (one business). If you manage multiple businesses or clients, you’ll need to purchase additional packs or contact us about agency licensing.
Can I resell or share the templates?
No. Redistribution, reselling, or sharing of the templates (even in edited form) is strictly prohibited. They are licensed for your business use only.
How much does each template cost?
Each template works out to only R12.50. However, we don’t sell them individually — instead, we offer them in packs of 80 ready-to-use templates for R999. This way, you get a full set of content designed to cover different formats (posts, reels, etc.) at once, making it more affordable and convenient than buying one at a time.
Refunds & Guarantee
Do you offer refunds?
Unfortunately, because our products are digital and instantly accessible, we don’t offer refunds.
What if I buy the wrong pack?
No problem — we’ve got you covered! If you accidentally purchase the wrong industry pack, you can request a one-time exchange within 7 days of purchase.
To qualify:
- The original pack must not have been downloaded.
- You can only exchange for a pack of equal value.
- Exchanges are not available after content has been used or shared.
